this part is part 7 of gb/t 4857. The standard of ISO 2247:2000 "packaging - complete and full transport packaging and unit goods - Fixed low frequency vibration test" is adopted to modify this part Compared with ISO 2247 standard, the revision of "sinusoidal constant frequency vibration test method for packaging and transportation packages" has the following main differences: 3. It has good weather resistance
- according to the habits of Chinese users, the name of the original standard is retained, which is different from the name of the international standard
- some layout formats have been modified according to Chinese habits
- relevant explanatory notes are deleted
- since China has defined relevant terms in the packaging terminology standard, the content of relevant term definitions has been cancelled
- - the requirements for "temperature and humidity conditions during test" are relaxed compared with ISO standards
- according to the unified format and actual situation of China's gb/t 4857 series standards, the relevant contents of the test report have been modified
compared with gb/t 4857.7 -1992, the main changes in this part are as follows:
- in the scope, the original only applicable to transport packages are modified to apply to transport packages and unit goods
- modify the original height difference index to the angle change index in the requirements for the table surface of the vibrating table
- provisions for test instruments are added
- Appendix A is added for users to choose peak acceleration

test principle
will be tested The sample is placed on the shaking table and vibrated by using an approximate fixed low-frequency sinusoidal oscillation. The temperature and humidity conditions during the test, the characteristics of the test duration and the applicable special time of the environment, the maximum acceleration, the placing state of the test sample and the fixing method are all predetermined
if necessary, a certain load can be added to the test sample to simulate the sinusoidal vibration environment when the transportation package is at the bottom of the stack
test equipment
4.1 vibration table
the vibration table should have sufficient size, sufficient strength, stiffness and bearing capacity. The structure shall ensure that the table top of the vibration table remains horizontal during vibration. The lowest resonance frequency shall be higher than the highest test frequency. The vibration table should be placed horizontally, and the maximum angle change from the horizontal is 0 300。 The shaking table can be equipped with:
a) low frame: to prevent the test sample from moving to both ends and sides during the test
b) high girth frame or other devices: to prevent the displacement of the load imposed on the test sample when it vibrates
c) a device used to simulate the fixing method of packages in transportation
in addition, the vibration table shall meet the requirements specified in article 5.6.3
4.2 instrument
the test instrument shall include accelerometer, pulse signal regulator and data display or storage device to measure and control the acceleration value on the surface of the test sample. The response of the test instrument system shall be accurate to 5% of the frequency range specified in the test
note: it can also be equipped with instruments to monitor the response of packaging containers and contents. Sensors can be used to record the vibration rate, amplitude and frequency of the contents related to the forced vibration of the vibrating table or the possible vibration on the outer surface of the package
gb/t 4857
5 test procedure
5 1 Preparation of test samples
prepare test samples according to the provisions of GB/t 4857.17
5.2 number of each part of the test sample
number each part of the test sample according to the provisions of GB/t 4857.1
5.3 pretreatment of test samples according to the provisions of GB/t 4857.2, select a condition to pretreat the test samples with temperature and humidity
5.4 the temperature and humidity conditions during the test should be carried out under the same temperature and humidity conditions as the pretreatment. If the pretreatment conditions cannot be reached, the test must be started within 5 minutes after the test sample leaves the pretreatment conditions
5.5 selection of test strength value
select the test strength value according to the provisions of GB/t 4857.18
5.6 test steps
5.6 1 record the temperature and humidity of the test site
5.6.2 place the test sample on the shaking table according to the predetermined state, and the vertical position of the center of gravity of the test sample should be as close to the geometric center of the shaking table as possible. If the test sample is not fixed on the table, a fence can be used. If necessary, the load can be added to the test sample, and the loading procedure shall comply with gb/t 4857 3
56.3 method a
5.6.3 1 operate the vibration table, and the optional range is. 5g and 1 Acceleration between 0 g, and make the test sample not separate from the table
5.6.3.2 select the displacement between certain (positive and negative) peaks (see Figure a.1 in Appendix A), and determine the test frequency within the corresponding frequency range, which is generated in The acceleration value between 5 g and 1.0 g shall be tested

5.6.4 1 operate the shaking table to generate an optional range of acceleration, which can separate the test sample from the table and cause relative impact
5.6.4.2 select the predetermined amplitude, start to make the test sample vibrate at the frequency of 2 Hz, and gradually increase the frequency until the test sample is about to be separated from the shaking table
note: during the test, move 1.5 m m to 3 along the bottom of the test sample. The standard measuring tool with a thickness of mm and a minimum width of 50m is at least one-third of the bottom area of the test sample. The standard measuring tool can be inserted, that is, it is considered that the test sample is separated from the shaking table. 5.6.5 after the test, check the damage of the package and contents according to the relevant standards, and analyze the test
